The Worship Committee
assists the Session in fulfilling its responsibility to provide for
the worship of the people of God, including the preaching of the Word,
the sharing of the Sacraments, and the music program. This shall be
done in keeping with the principles in the Directory of Worship in the
Book of Order.

The purpose of the Mission
& Evangelism Committee of Session is to provide leadership and
challenge the congregation to engage in a variety of mission projects
that will advance the Kingdom of God while calling individuals to
personal faith in Jesus Christ our Lord.

The Fellowship
Committee supports the Session by providing for fellowship activities
among members and visitors to enhance each individual’s experience in
Christ.
STEWARDSHIP

The Stewardship and
Finance Committee challenges the people of God with the privilege of
responsible Christian Stewardship of money and time and talents,
developing effective ways of encouraging and gathering the offerings
of the people and assuring that all offerings are distributed to
objects toward which they were contributed.

responsible for the general integrity of the physical facilities of
the church, their use and maintenance.

The Personnel/
Administration Committee meets as needed through out the year in the Pastor’s office.
The committee assists
the Session in the employment and overseeing of the staff following
the Policies of the church, and studies and makes recommendations to
the Session on all matters concerning receiving, holding, leasing, and
transferring property.

The Nominating
Committee is elected annually by the congregation to nominate officers
for election to serve as elders and deacons, and three to five
individuals approved by the session to serve on the Administration and
Personnel Committee.
