MUSIC MINISTRY

All the music we do at Community Presbyterian Church of La Mirada (CPCLM) is based on our belief that worship is for God. It is not primarily for our benefit. However, as we worship God, good things happen to us like blessing, healing, joy, growth, admonition, repentance, evangelism, learning, and fellowship.

Congregational singing at CPCLM is led in a variety of ways, sometimes even within the same service.

Music for Sunday services and special services is led by the Chancel Choir, with instrumental support from the organ and piano. Additional instruments such as guitar, drums, and flute occasionally appear with the choir.
